8 Days 7 Nights Classic Wildlife Safari
Day 1
Nairobi-Mount Kenya
Upon arrival in Nairobi you will be met by our safari guide and after full briefing on safari, depart for Mt. Kenya head north. On your way to sweet waters have a stopover at the equator for a photo session and have special demonstration, thereafter transfer to the lodge arriving on time for lunch. 12h30: Lunch at Sweet Waters Tented Camp. Afternoon optional visit the rhino and chimpanzee sanctuary/leisure at the camp. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwater’s Tented Campor its equivalent
Day 2
Mount Kenya-Samburu Game Reserve
Breakfast at the camp and drive north to the Samburu game reserve arriving on time for lunch at the Samburu Serena Lodge followed by an afternoon leisure.Evening game drive at the Samburu Game reserve will acquaint you with semi-desert ecosystem. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge or its equivalent.
Day 3
Samburu Game Reserve-Full Day
Pre-breakfast games drives at the Samburu Game reserve and later returns to the lodge for breakfast and have mid morning at leisure
12h30: Lunch at Samburu Serena Lodge. Afternoon and evening game drives in search of the lesser games of northern Kenya like Gerenuk, Leopard, Baisa Oryx and Somali ostrich with sunset at the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge or its equivalent
Day 4
Samburu Game Reserve-Lake Bogoria-Baringo
After breakfast drive depart for Lake Bogoria arriving on time for lunch- where the hot water springs abound and plenty of medical springs. After lunch, visit Lake Baringo, a boat trip to see various species of birds and ancient caves. Dinner and overnight at Lake Baringo Clubor its equivalent
Day 5
Lake Baringo-Lake Nakuru National Park
Breakfast at the lodge and depart for Lake Nakuru a scenic drive that takes you to Lake Nakuru National Park, where millions of flamingoes turn the shore of the lake to pink. Arrive at the lodge on time for lunch.
12h30: Lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. Afternoon and evening game drive, in this beautiful park which boasts as a home to the rare Black Rhino and the pink flamingos. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge or its equivalent
Day 6
Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara National Reserve
Early morning breakfast at the lodge and with game drives leave for Masai Mara. A scenic drive that takes you across the Masai land and Narok town arriving at the famous reserve for lunch.
12h30: Lunch at Sarova Mara Camp. Afternoon leisure at the camp and have an evening game drive of this reserve famed for fascinating wildebeest Migration and the Big five. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Mara Camp or its equivalent
Day 7
Masai Mara-Full Day
This day is best planned between the clients and their safari guide either choosing to do a half or full day game drive at the Masai Mara depending on what they saw the previous day. 12h30: Lunch at a picnic site in the park/lodge. Afternoon game drives/visit to a Masai village or leisure at the lodge.Dinner and overnight at Sarova Mara Camp or its equivalent
Day 8
Masai Mara-Nairobi
Pre- breakfast games drives at the Masai Mara and returns to the lodge/camp for breakfast and depart for Nairobi with packed lunches. A drive that takes you through Narok town and the Great Rift valley with stop overs for photo shoot and souvenir shopping
12h30: Lunch at a picnic site on the way. A further afternoon drive and arrive Nairobi late afternoon/evening and drop off at your hotel or airport for departure flight home/further holiday destination.
